I'm honestly not surprised by this, but I don't think it'll go anywhere. #wotc is doing everything in their power to shoot themselves in the foot, and #hasbro isn't much better. Their #beybladex releases have been spotty at best, All the controversy over #ogl, #mtg 30th anniversary being an absolute shit show, the failure of the spider-man set, it's all coming to a head. That said, I don't see this going anywhere. Like, at all. It's not likely to have any teeth legally, unless there's real proof of malfeasance that hasn't been made public.

I beat Dark Cloud on stream today! That was a lot of fun. There are a lot of #rpg games on the #ps2 that aren't Final Fantasy, and a lot of them are very hit or miss. This one, however, is more of a hit than a miss. If you haven't tried Dark Cloud, you definitely should!

#protospiel went well! I had a ton of fun playing lots of different games. I got to meet several new #indie #gamedev folks, and caught up with several old friends. A couple people sent congratulations for publishing a game as quickly as I did. Now I get to refine this game, and see who I can get to publish it...

Current idea for releases:
1. Battle beta on PC (probably Dropbox)
2. Steam release for Act 1 demo, then rest of Acts sequentially with Epilogue mixed in with 5
3. Adaptation of Steam release for mobile (maybe?)
4. Console releases (also maybe; I know PS forces achievements, I can use the Steam achievements)
Basically, I want the game out on variety devices first (PC and mobile) before the forced-hardware consoles, if that makes sense.
